Day 1

The Great Reconnection

The Morning: Arrival at your private heritage bungalow. Instead of a formal check-in, we start with a “Mountain-High Brunch” on the lawn with local Nilgiri tea and fresh estate fruit.

The Afternoon: We head to a hidden lake-side spot unknown to tourists. No “sightseeing,” just private kayaks, a frisbee, and a local host who knows exactly where the best echoes are.

The Evening: A curated bonfire night. We provide the wood, the music, and a “Tribe Grill” BBQ. It’s about old stories and new laughs under a sky full of stars.

Day 2

The Vintage Vibe & The Valley

The Morning: Private access to the Heritage Hill Railway. We skip the public queues. Your tribe gets a dedicated section of the vintage carriage to watch the cliffs go by while sharing snacks and stories.

The Afternoon: A jeep safari into the deep shola forests. This isn’t a slow drive—it’s a bit of an adventure. We end at a secret ridge for a “Picnic with a View” where the only people for miles are your own group.

The Evening: Return to the bungalow for a traditional ‘Boda’ style feast, communal dining at its best, where the food is passed around and the conversation never stops.

Day 3

The Summit & The Send-off

The Morning: A gentle “Sunrise Social” hike. It’s an easy trail designed for conversation. At the summit, your host serves hot chocolate and takes the ultimate “Tribe Photo” against the backdrop of the entire Nilgiri range.

The Afternoon: A visit to a private tea estate where you won’t just look at tea—you’ll try “Toss and Taste.” A fun, hands-on session where you learn to pluck tea like a local (with plenty of competition between friends).

The Departure: A final lunch at a colonial-era club before your private wheels take you back to the “real world,” feeling lighter and closer than when you arrived.

This three-day journey is designed as a starting point. Many guests choose to extend their escape—adding slower mornings, deeper exploration, or extra nights in the hills. We’ll shape the journey around the time you have.

Depending on the pace you prefer and the time you have, your escape can gently include experiences like:

🚂 Slow & Iconic

  • A nostalgic ride on the Nilgiri Mountain Railway
  • Leisurely hill drives through rarely used routes

🌱 Close to the Land

  • Walks through tea gardens with time to pause
  • Visits to quiet local farms and nurseries
  • Conversations with growers and caretakers

🌲 Quiet Nature

  • Forest walks away from marked trails
  • Hidden lakes and misty clearings
  • Unscripted moments in silence

🏘 Local Life

  • Exploring lesser-known villages
  • Handpicked local shops and artisans
  • Small-town cafés and bakeries
